The Wolffia Globosa Organic Protein Powder is plant based and contains 50 gr. of the powder. That's not very much, it's under 2 oz. It's a little on the high side for the amount compared to the cost. But it's an organic super food product with B12, Iron & Omega-3, and Non-GMO, Gluten Free Greens Powders. It contains pure Wolffia globosa powder. You only need 1 teaspoon or 5 gr. of the powder each day, so this little bag supplies 20 days worth of the super greens powder. Wolffia Globosa is an aquatic plant commonly known as duckweed. It's apparently nutrient dense and high in protein. I added it to my oatmeal, I also added it to my fruit and yogurt. It has a mild flavor, but it is green, so slightly off putting. But it is great in a green smoothie or in pressed green juice. I will also sprinkle it on my fruit and yogurt the next time I use kiwi fruit. I feel like this is at a luxury price, but I also feel like it's a great thing for my overall health. I thinks it's a quality product.
